I've also used them to transport my horse and they were great. Although communication beforehand wasn't always fantastic. Saying that I plan on using them again in May
I didn't realise they did transport aswell.
Ok well that makes me feel better anyway.
I have now got a tracking number from air China or something similar which for a company which actually said 100% UK based a few times in the small print (which the slightly less than friendly email reply to my enquiry told me to read) is a little annoying.
Just hoping that when it arrives there is no problem as I can't imagine getting anywhere fast with returns or refunds

To try and address some issues for customers but i will keep all information in this forum as general and customers should contact us directly.
For Cam-Equestrian.co.uk which is a new business venture for us with over 300 sales placed with us in just a few days has been a large amount to manage for just the two of us but i would like to reassure all customers that all orders have been processed and if you have not got your rider cams already you will have very soon.
We are in the process of improving our tracking systems for you as well as bringing on new manufactures. So things can only improve going forward.
