Prices for Grazing

Thinking about renting some grazing for a year. I'm looking at a 1.5/2 acre plot in South Oxfordshire.

Any ideas how much is a reasonable rent?

We're in Suffolk - so not very close, but pay £220 per acre per year.

I'm not far from you in the grand scheme of things!

I have 3 acres approx and pay £100 a month I have running water but thats it- I think i have a fairly good deal

We nearly rented some in shrops- 4 acres at 200 per acre per year of good flat land with water
