Just a few questions, I know they are done all the time, but need some answers!

What do you/would you pay for an hours private lesson on your own horse? Does £30 sound reasonable?

Hire of school + full set of show jumps, per hour?

Hire of a full set of show jumps and xc course for a day, for up to 4 horses?

thanks

Hhhm I think it depends on where you are, competition in the area, and instructors qualifications. I pay £25 for an hour lesson with and AI (I think) and she's fab and such good value. My old instructor was £38 for a private....

Hire of school + jumps for an hour- £7ish depending on how good fillers and general jump maintenance was? And I don't know about xc.

The instructors I know charge from £35 for 45mins, the school hire is £10 for a private hour this includes full set of show jumps, inc water trays, etc and is a 60x80 school.
One of the instructors took students out in her lorry to a local XC and charged them £20 each I think.

I pay £20 for hours private lesson on my own horse in the yards school and around £30 if we go elsewhere ontop of the hire fee. I then have lessons with Paul Hayler once a month which are £45 for 45 mins.

1. £30 sounds reasonable

I pay £18 for a half an hour private lesson.
2. It varies depending on the quality/size of the school you are hireing. It can be anything from £10 - £40 per hour.
3. We pay £16 per person at our local UK Chasers course for unlimited access to the course.

Hope this helps.
