Pricing the smaller event horse type?

Just wrote up an ad for my little mare and I was hoping some people would be a) willing to read through and suggest any changes to wording and b) suggest a price? I have absolutely no idea what to price her at.

I know that many people who event/hunt etc look in the 15.2-16.2 height bracket, so do you think her height at 15.1 would affect the price?

The second dilemma is whether to sell her now, or keep her to hunt over winter, and sell her at the end of January. With this in mind, do you think her price would change if advertised then instead of now?

I am happy to take a look, price may be effected by her slight lack of size but there is a huge market for small horses both as teenagers stepping stones and for smaller adults who no longer have the desire to ride something big for many reasons.
As to the when to sell question there are better times to sell, I find early summer, now, is fairly active, end of the summer Sept is good not many people are looking after Christmas/ Jan but those that are are serious buyers rather than joy riders there are not so many to choose from so they tend to get on with things.
Unless you need a hunter then I think advertising before the season starts anytime from now onwards makes most sense if she is up and competing well now someone may well be able to finish the season with her, if she needs a few more miles on the clock then wait until early Sept when you can have her cubbing and ready to hunt, if she doesn't go then hunt her yourself.

i will be putting my 16hh up for sale soon, I've been looking & there are quite a lot of wanted ads for 15 -15.2s so i think you will get some interest !
I will be in the same boat next year as i reckon my 3 year old will make 15.2 max ! But i think is going to be a little pocket rocket!
