Prison retirement livery - Kent?

Does anyone know the name of the prison in Kent which use retired ponies to teach animal husbandry?

And any contact details for it would be a bonus.

I believe its East Sutton Park, in Sutton Valence, Kent ME17 3DF. We got four pigs from there.
