Depends on the area, condition of stables, fencing and land. Depends on who is doing the maintenance too and if the hacking is reasonable. Can they ride in the field in summer (is it flat enough too!).

I would assume with where we are in ireland you couldn’t ride in fields unless we get a long long heat wave
It all looks good
Near a town so would be roads for hacking
The asking price was 100 a week..

How does that compare to local livery prices (because livery includes an arena so you can ride faster than a trot, school, jump etc)?
Where I live, 100 a week would be more than livery prices…

You are missing quite a lot of very material information if you want an accurate response. It seems this is Ireland so only those who know the Irish market will be any use and "near a town" is hardly helpful in defining area! If this were the UK there are very significant differences in price between the South East and the rest of the country. Also specific locality is critical, in a run down "cheaper" area or a highly sought after neighbourhood of more affluent people. Is it in a horsy area or not? If no facilities, how close is it to good facilities, show centres, good hacking etc that can easily be reached by boxing out? What is the hacking like? Miles and miles of varied routes from the door or a quick 30 mins round the block, half of it on a busy main road Etc, etc?

I was only asking generally as I haven’t visited the property so I don’t know about the hacking other than they said it was there but couldn’t tell you what
but it’s not near any big cities that make prices expensive
There’s a diy stables(full) 15 minutes away 30 per horse so would be 60 a week and has facilities they rent the arena for 25 an hour

Yeah for diy
There’s a another place that does diy for 50 a week but they include haylage and they have an indoor arena plus 2 outdoor arenas

Yes but for sole use of a place with no facilities for two horses, I’d pay €30 per horse.
