Hi Andrew, welcome to the forum. :D

Could I just clarify, are you renting out individual stables or looking for one tenant to take on all of it?

How much parking is there, would it accommodate a horse box, or several? What is the surface of the arena made of and is there additional grazing available near by?

(4.5 acres is a bit tight for 6 horses. Am I guessing correctly that this used to be the donkey stud? Can't think of anything else in Tealing.

Hi,

Single tenant to take it all on.
There is lots of space, 2 horse boxes would fit no problem + cars.
The arena is made of recycled rubber, it's never flooded and doesn't get muddy or wet.
I can't say if there is additional grazing or not near by.
This is not the donkey stud... not sure where that is.
