The very charming lady who was advertiseing this has just telephoned me. She has read all the posts and has contacted her soliciter for racial abuse from me. Sorry all you Scottish i did not realise it was racial abuse to call you Scottish. What are you if not Scottish. Anyone interested please pm me.

As a Scot myself, I saw nothing racist in any of your posts. All you said was that you had difficulty understanding her - that can be explained by the fact that she is from Dundee, even a Scot would have trouble understanding her

lol i wouldnt worry any sane scottish person would not take offence at anything said on here it is clear all posts should be taken in good humour i'm scottish(does that mean i'm racially abusing mysel?) and i'm in no way offended me she has obviously got problems i cant understand alot of scots accents so meh?

She could find out just by looking at her website stats. When I posted links to my website, I could see all of the views from whichever site it was linked from (ie. HHO).

Either that or SF may have told her?

I'm not that daft. It did say to ring for more info. That is why i rang makeing out i was interested in the horse and buying a ticket.
 
That is probably a good thing, as she is now aware that people will notice and draw the attention of a number of people and notify the appropriate authorities, should she decide to do anything of a similar, possibly illegal nature in the future.

The ILPH probably would not have meant any harm, thats if it did come from them. They may just go on this forum, which i think is more likely. The girl was polite it was the mum. Better watch what i am saying, although it is o.k. for her to make threats to kill!

Since she's probably reading all this I think she should join and post....maybe discuss the reasons behind raffling (is that a word?) the pony in the first place.

I'm sure there's a perfectly logical explanation....

To be fair SF, my Grandfather's scottish and I can barely understand a word he says at the best of times, let alone when he's a little *cough* excited.... I can usually make out "Heeeeeland Coo" and he says "Ken" a lot......

One looks like an overgrown chestnut shettie with horns, whilst the other seems to be said in a kind of "Do you agree?" manner....where either of these mentioned? if not I'd have stumped too!

not sure how the ILPH lady would've known about us discussing it here. i never mentioned it to her, just said i had some friends who had printed off copies of the offending ads/webpages.
maybe someone from there is a lurker on here?
as for the racist remarks, not sure where they were? think she's just trying it on
