Is she not breaking the law - running a lottery without a license? This may be the angle to take to stop this idiot and her irresponsible behaviour.
Or perhaps someone could report her to the ILPH?

Yep she needs to have a gaming licence to run a raffle which reading the small print on her website she doesnt have. She would need to be reported to her local authority that would be reposonsible for issuing a licence.

This is a terrible thing to do I have never heard anything so stupid imagine a kid won it

Its also the downside of websites like horsemart that dont proof read ads before they go live on websites because you end up with ads like this or the one with the skinny hunter in another post on HHO

Do the laws differ in Scotland to England? Have sent polite restrained email in the hope of a response. Gobsmacked is not the word.
Is anyone from scotland in that area on here? Local councils in England do lottery licences, is the same in scotland? Which council is it? Animals are not permitted as prizes here in this way i am almost positive.
