Hi everyone
Just have a simple question really.
My mare has been on Pro Hoof for about 9 months now and my farrier is absolutly delighted in the difference in her feet. Shes been barefoot for the last 6 months ( she had fronts on before as she was footy on hard ground) and is complelty sound on all surfaces.
Anyway my question is would she have to be on Pro Hoof forever or is it something you can stop once their feet are sorted?
I did aks my farrier and he said to carry on doing whatever it is Im doing as it is obviusly working and doing her the world of good.
What do you guys do? Carry on with it or stop?
My thoughts are to carry on with it as the way I see it is that if its working then why stop using it but if I did stop using it would her feet go back to be horrible like they were before?
By the way Im not going to stop using it, I was just wondering what you would all do.
