A curiosity post really, I have the ride on a Pro-Set baby, well he is 6 now, was broken and 4 and taken very slowly, ie he just hacked and played about a bit in the school.
He is my mares fieldmate, and as a result his owner and I became good friends, so I have been offered the chance to ride and school him. Have had him for 3 months and he is fab, so trainable and has the calmest outlook on life. Took him to his first dressage at the weekend and he scored 65%.
I was really just wondering is this outlook the norm for Pro-Set stock or has the mare (I believe a warmblood mare named Pistache) stamped her temprement on him?
