Can anyone recommend a good, effective probiotic? (Horse has had laminitis in the past).

I would give it a good De-Tox. I will give mine a 10 day course twice a year and 3-4 days worth after worming / Anti-Biotics. The one I use is called L94 from Trinity Consultants.

I've used Protexin Gut Balancer since my horse was diagnosed with laminitis. Used their dog version for years for a dog that had colitis and it was the only thing that helped.

I use Protexin it sorted out my TB's dicky tummy and I always have it on hand to give to any horse who under stress or has antibiotics

Thanks everyone, i just wanted to give him a general one because he's a good doer so he has no hard feed, just hifi lite. Want to keep him as healthy as possible, especially before the spring grass comes.
