I have a young rescue mare who is very stubborn young and green, she was going forward nicely walk trot and begining to introduce canter and I had been hacking her to get her used to new surroundings after we went in the school again she refuses to now do anything in the school or field. She rears, bronks, bucks, rolls and flykicks at the slightest squeezes to walk or move up into trot. she has been gastroscoped, had nerve blocks, xrays on her spine and legs and also a bone scan all came back clear, she is lovely to lunge and works well in a pessoa but refuses with any ridden work off the lunge. she will walk trot on whilst being lunged with a rider but when someone is not lunging her she refuses to do anything, any ideas/methods of anything i could try?
