problem with mare galloping in extreme heat

have moved to islamabad, pakistan due to work. bought a beautiful white mare, and took her for a mile long gallop in the punjaab area ( extremely hot ), on our return she collapsed and small amounts of bloody mucus frothed from her mouth and nose, what could be the problem ?

Did you horse vomit?

Your horse may have weight issues so is excessively exercising and vomiting to loose weight so she looks great in her bikini for summer.

She isn't used to galloping for a mile in extreme heat?

Vet check and fitten carefully without over exertion in heat would be my approach.

I thi nk she's probably suffering from an extreme attack of 'TROLLISM'!!!!!
