Have used a Torsion treeless for just over 3 years with no problems until recently. Horse now has sore back, I am wondering if I should get a new pad. The pad I am using is a pad supplied by the company and does not appear to be squashed or flattened. Any thoughts please?

I wouldn't bother with the pads, I'd just get rid of the Torsion personally.

They are not necessarily better for your horse because they are treeless, because a well fitted Torsion causes more pressure points than a well fitted conventional.

They are way under developed for the price they sell them for, as they are terrible saddles and a really bad old fashioned design!

Sorry to sound so blunt but they are nasty, I cannot understand how they are so popular.

Not a dig at you by the way, but they really are bad saddles.
