I placed an order a week ago with them, it went through and they sent me a confirmation email but there has been no further progress. Status is still listed as "pending", I never got any shipping information, I've tried emailing every contact on their site and have called multiple times but all I get is a recording. I am from overseas and can't just keep calling and calling hoping to reach someone.

At this point I'm ready to just cancel it and try somewhere else, but I can't even get in touch with them to do that! Is this normal for them? Any other suggestions on trying to contact? Really frustrating.
 
I placed an order with them this week. Was informed my order may take a week before I receive it - which is not a problem for me. I will post back on forum if/wehn I receive item - or if I dont! (Hopefully, if I remember)
 
I'm under the assumption that since the status still says pending and I never got any shipping info that nothing has been shipped. I know that since I am overseas shipping can take a while, so I ordered a few weeks in advance of when I needed the item. But at this rate if we're a week into the order and it hasn't even shipped yet, it's a problem. And if I can't reach them I can't even cancel my order. Not sure what to do at this point, I would hate to order elsewhere before I'm sure this one is cancelled.

I just wanted a bridle that no one on this side of the pond carries. :( Ugh.
 
Did anyone else actually end up receiving their items? I've now been given the runaround for almost two months and I'm out of patience and feeling RIPPED OFF.

Order was originally placed on August 18 - after emails and phone calls they informed me on August 26 that it would be backordered for a week. That was fine, no problem. Still never got an update with shipping info so on September 8 I inquired as to the status and got a response within a day that said it was "on it's way" to me. They did not supply a tracking number or any actual shipping information.

I've had packages shipped here from the UK before and it generally has taken no longer than 5-6 days. Still I figured maybe there were some issues so I didn't get nervous until a couple weeks passed. On September 21 I sent an email asking if they had a tracking number or proof of shipment. No response. Another email September 26. No response. Sent another today. I've tried calling a few times and have never gotten ahold of anyone.

I guess all I can do at this point is file a dispute with my credit card company and hope they can help me out. Not very happy.
 
I've always found them really good - the only time I had to wait was when I ordered a bridle which did take about 6 weeks, but jods and stuff take a matter of days.
 
I placed a relatively large order with them a couple of months ago - about £250 - was just lots of little things like hoof moist and 2 pairs of breeches and some socks etc. Didn't hear anything fom them for about 2 wks so sent an email and they sent thew stuff the next day minus the hoof mosturiser but I knew that was due to a supplier problem. A month later and the supplier stil was having problems so I emailed them asking them to cancel the order and they did the same day. That's the only time I have orderd from them but I would again. I don't think I tried phoning - I just replied to the email with the order confirmation.
