Problems with Science Supplements?

Just wondering if anybody else has had any problems with Science Supplements lately?

I ordered a pot of their joint supplement seven or eight weeks ago now. Had an email saying they were out of stock but would be getting some in over the next week or so and would send it out as soon as they did. This has happened before and they've sent it out as promise so I emailed back to acknowledge and that was fine. Emailed again after four or five weeks and was told they still didn't have it in but were trying to sort as soon as possible. Emailed and chased last week and said if they didn't get it in soon I'd like a refund as I'll need to buy elsewhere and can't be that much out of pocket. No reply.

It's a bit weird as their customer service has always been good in the past so I'm just wondering what's going on. Has anyone else experienced this at all or is just me?

Thanks. I was hoping to resolve it amicably with them having been good in the past but if I don't hear back soon I think I will have to do this.

Hmm, I've just had a look online and it seems the bigger pots at least are out of stock everywhere. Obviously there's some sort of issue. I've messaged again this afternoon but if I don't hear soon will phone and demand a refund. It's not very great in my view to accept an order and payment when the item is not in stock and you don't know when it will be again.

I ordered direct from them had the same response as you after 4 weeks still not received anything. I ended up emailing to ask for a refund. I had an automatic email saying that they were doing their stock take but emails would be responded too. I had an email earlier this week and my money's back in my account

Thanks for letting me know that. At least you got your money back so hopefully I will too.

It does sound like there's going to be an ongoing issue though, which is a bit annoying as I really like it and will have to try and find something else now.

Anyone have alternatives in mind? I used to use aviform gold before brexit and they don’t deliver outside uk anymore. So that’s why I switched to science supplements

I've managed to get flexibility professional from a retailer rather than direct from science supplements. I just emailed to confirm places had it in stock before ordering

It looks like some places online have the smaller tubs in stock but obviously they're less cost effective than the bigger ones.

The other one I looked at when I first started the science supplements one was feedmark. That has a very similar specification but my lad wasn't keen on it when I tried it before. Not sure other than that ?.

I stopped using it due to supply issues a year ago.
I used feedmark best flex - always waiting until it was on offer.

I have just changed to a joint supplement created by the local feedstore. Their nutritionalist is very horsey and she worked on the formulation to create the best she could.

My 25yr old is apparently loving it, as has started throwing in some very happy bucks with associated squeeks since starting on it ?.

Other pony who has joint issues is also moving so much better, and the only change is this so I'm very happy - also much cheaper!!
