My newbie is one issue after another.

I clipped a few months ago to find a bit of rain scald, that cleared quickly and has been fine and his skin was smooth and shiny. Now the skin on inner and outer thighs is dry and a little scaly. I'm using an emoilient cream which does work but using loads and applying by hand is time consuming, wondered whether there was anything more of a spray maybe? Or just more effective that doesn't need applying every day.

I already feed oily herbs and linseed oil, not sure there's anything else useful to add? Thanks.

You’ll probably just find that once his coat has changed it go’s away.
Otherwise maybe something from the Naf Love the skin he’s in range? They do a spray but do patch test if you try it as one of mine reacted badly to it.
We used it at work though on one who’s skin wasn’t great and it seemed to help.
Otherwise hot clothing maybe with a bit of oil?

This sounds good I'll order thanks.

I've looked through the potions box and I have neem oil, sounds like that would be worth a shot.

I hadn't thought of hot clothing, I could make an emmolient wash and do that too.

I do hope no more issues appear, I think the poor boy has been left in a field for quite some time.
