Not been on their site for ages but just noticed the below. Before when I saw it - it was only if you purchased it between certain dates, which did not affect me. But now notice the date period has gone. Tried calling NS but can't get an answer at present - does anyone esle know

It is the NS Comfy Contact Snaffle I have

Keep calling them, I deal with Neue Schule from our shop and they're either really busy or away doing a lecture/show etc.

Or just take your bit back to where you got it if you're worried and return it, I've taken a few back and returned them to NS and just given out refunds from the shop.

They had a problem once before with some bits and resolved that asap.

I have had it at least a year or 2 - cant remember where I got it from but it was online I think.

My local tack shop does not stock NS

Keep calling them then, they are very helpful, and if its a recalled one, they'll still take it back I'd imagine, no matter how old, by the way, if you've had it for two years it cant be that bad can it.lol.
