Products to encourage hair growth on scar?

My horse has a scar on her face - is there anything I can put on in the vain hope that some fur may grow back? Thank you!

I don't know if it works on scars but I use Gold Label Wonder Gel on my boys sweet itch to get the hair to grow back.

Cornacresine works a treat to encourage hair growth.

Hair can only grow back if there are folicals for the hair to grow out of. Depending on the scar you may find that hair may never grow as the folicals may have been destroyed in the incident that caused the scar. One of my horses has a scar on his leg from when he was a foal & hair does not grow on it & will never grow on it.
