Professional help with difficult loader. Near Bristol.

Can anyone here recommend someone to help with a truly difficult loading mare.
She is on loan to friends near Bristol.
She refuses to load, and plants, nothing has worked, even help from an IH associate. Did work for a while, but now mare reverted back to refusing to go on.
