It is so frustrating. We ordered some professional photos from Fieldhouse YEH qualifier in August and still haven't got them. Every week I ring up, she says they are on their waybut never arrive. I feel like a stalker, having to keep ringing. Just don't know what to do now, I've never had this problem before. 8 weeks just seems ridiculous.
Anyone else had problems like this before?

that's ridiculous. write them a letter saying that you want your pics or you money back within 14 days or you are taking them to court- put in the letter that it is ridiculous that you are having to go to this level to get some photographs but this is not the quality of service you should expect....

Thats a good idea will do that tomorrow

Hi Christine,
I do agree 8 weeks is a long time to wait, but I would suggest you ask them to explain the delay before sending out the " monyback / court letter". There may be a technical problem that the photographer is trying to resolve. Apart from anything else, if you send a polite reasonable letter asking for an explanation, and you get no answer, then your "reasonable approach" will help you in any subsequent claim.
I do hope you get your photos - fingers crossed

but surely if this is the case then they'd have told the OP this when she's rung up and spoken to them.... ??? instead of saying that they have sent them

could well be, I was just trying to say I think a formal request might get a better response than a threatening one :) I do hope the matter is resolved and the photos arrive
