Can I just put a word of friendly warning out to members who may be putting a photograph on the forum which has been taken at a show, event, etc, by a professional photographer - even those who are using photos with "Sample" or "Draft" stamped over them. We know for a fact, (and at a huge cost to ourselves) that these photographers occasionally go through these sites and if they see one of their photos being displayed without their permission, they follow it up and send you a bill. It cost us over £300 when we showed a photo of one of ours that someone else had taken a couple of years previously and then got told that if we wanted to use it again in any publicity etc, then we would have to make another payment on top of that. Just be careful please.
 
Yes, it is an infringement of Copyright. Far too many Forum Boards turn a blind eye to this unfortunately.
