A very good friend of mine has decided to start hosting some shows over winter. She has a large indoor school, a big warm up area, and they have just built a cafe/secretary building. She has spent almost £70k doing up the carpark etc, and they have also commissioned a £100k cross country course (that much money makes me sick, lol).
Anyway, she will be doing shows most weekends, and the odd evening. She will also be hosting clinics etc too. She has asked me to help run these shows, and we have almost everything sorted out now. But, it just occured to me about a photographer!
I have spoken to my friend, and she wants to pay for a photographer to attend, as she wants the best quality photographer she can get. The photographer can then sell their photos to top up what she will pay him/her.
Can anyone recommend a good professional photographer - the show centre is near Sudbury. There will be plenty of work, and from what I can gauge, my friend is willing to stump up enough money so that even if no one buys pictures, the photographer will have had a very productive day, lol.
The key requirements are that he/she is reliable, professional (as in takes pictures of what he/she is meant to and not just of the pretty horses/riders) and that they have plenty of previous experience photographing horses, and are used to photographing indoors (sounds silly but some of the best outdoor photographers cannot take their talent inside!).
