Throughpins rarely cause any trouble and are considered a cosmetic blemish.
Torn check ligament: depends on the extent of the tear, but these can heal well with rest and shockwave therapy.
DDFT: nasty injury, can heal with rest but can also be career ending.
Sacroiliac: Depends on the extent and what exactly is strained. Usually will respond to medication if it is the joint and physiotherapy should help.

Thanks, that's exactly what I thought but I've got a know-it-all trying to tell me that thoroughpin is worst of all....

My old girl has a matching pair of thoroughpins, not particularly big though. They have never given us a moments trouble, and only one judge has ever commented on them. They are purely a cosmetic problem. She also damaged her DDF a few years ago, but there was no core lesion and after 3 months box rest she was fine again. However, she wasn't doing much more than hacking and having a whizz up the field due to also having bad arthritis.
