Does anyone use one of theses?

Does it help and how are the sizing's, generous or a little on the small side?

I have used one, and i think size wise they are totally adjustable. I have suffered with a bad back for ages. Some people advise using one, some say it does more harm than good!! I have mine on standby in case I need it but I don't use it daily. Sorry not much help!!

yeah, i have one and use it quite often, had it for YEARS and it still looks brand new. Its brilliant and saved my back heaps. It doesnt stop you doing anything, it just makes you think when you do go to do something 'wrong'. it gives you support when riding (and lifting things!) and makes you sit up and stand tall - no slouching so saves your lower back muscles. I always wear it for hunting or long rides especially galloping pointers more to avoid a bad back than to correct one. DEFINATLY worth trying, wont break the bank but could save you breaking yr back! (not literally!)

i use mine every time i ride as have lower back pain and its great,plenty support without restricting you
