Hello everyone

I’m hoping to get a Prolite narrow long girth but I was just hoping someone could help with sizing.

he is currently in a thorowgood 46inch with non elasticised buckles that go up a good amount each side. So I was wondering would a 46inch Polite be ok? I have seen some people say the are true to size and others not so much?

thank you in advance ☺️

I went from a Thorowgood cob girth (non-elasticated) 46' to a narrow guage Prolite 46' and it fitted fine :)

I only need to sell mine now as my new saddle takes a dressage girth so bought the narrow guage dressage version..

My 50" string girth was nearly at the top hole, so I bought a 48" Prolite and couldn't even get it on the girth straps! The 50" Prolite is on the 2nd/3rd hole up. I don't know whether the string girth had stretched or whether the difference is just due to the comparative thickness of the Prolite. (That's with the normal Prolite, not the narrow.)
