Proof of BHS insurance?

I've got an event coming up and they want proof of PL insurance because I'm not a member of a PC, RC or BE but I am a BHS gold member.
Anyone know what part I photocopy and send in?

Is that all I need? doh ive been searching through every piece of paper they've sent me and all I need is my membership card?!?!

You should also have received a leaflet with the T & Cs. That has exactly what's covered in it.
