why it was removed i really do not understand.

it is a genuine ask...this pony really does need a home by tomorrow...she works closely with Authorities, so is legally bound not to divulge too much info.

if her post was reported to Admin, then i hope you are satisfied..i must say there are some odd folk on this forum at times...

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ProperBo....PLEASE PM HER ASAP.

THANK YOU

I agree JM07, it really doesn't hurt to give people the benefit of the doubt occassionally, and there are definitely some sheep on HHO (ie one says something and they all go baa).

Sorry, I can't help, but my fingers are crossed for the poor colt.

Have pm'd her, if he's fit and well and I can get him here he can come and keep my boys company!!

Sadly my new company car means nothing to tow with, and my OH will go nuts if I spend a small fortune on fetching a field ornament even if it is a project!! Had my mare pts about a month ago, and could probably have brought a whole field full of ponies with the last few vets bills!!!

What are the logistics of all this? I am in the midlands and have a Disco that I could use to tow (but no trailer...).

Thanks JM.

Sometimes, just sometimes, there are cries for help which are genuine worthy causes and this is one of them. I know ProperBo and she is as good as her word, not prone to flights of fancy and isn't the only person to have evaluated this little fellow positively. If he was a rubbing rag, she would say so and recommend pts as the best option - realistically, if not in a fair world. He's better than that and it's hard dealing with this kind of thing, the detritus of indiscrimiate breeding and incompetent ownership, on a regular basis. Bloody soul-destroying in fact. At least JM has the satisfaction of saving a few of these souls alongside doing the best thing for the hopeless cases. ProperBo simply can't for very valid reasons.

Thanks for all the helpful replies

and to those who were perhaps understandaby suspicious in the light of the Franch business, and sketchy details regarding this case - hold hard with the condemnation on this one.

Thanks.

Didn't see the post, but why report a genuine desperate plea like that, sounds very sad and desperate.

I saw the earlier post, and was suspicious.......... telling people to "not waste my time" didnt exactly endear me either..... each to their own, hope pony finds a suitable home.

I asked where she was and which rescue org, as I'm looking for a companion at the moment. Franch rescues didn't cross my mind!

Hope the little fella is sorted out. Didn't think reporting was necessary.

Did not see the original thread but just wanted to say how sad I am that someone pulled the plug on it and made finding a new home for this little chap even harder then it already was ... don't know what the world is coming to!

Very happy that he has now found a new home now though - well done all concerned
