Looking for equestrian property in SE / SW England. Facilities for horses more important than house but why do so many equestrian properties have a swimming pool?

I can vouch that the grazing is 'incredibly' good based on the size of the little cobs in the front paddocks last summer

Well we’re getting closer to the point of having to move & still not found an equestrian property that we both like (though I have got through to husband that it doesn’t have to be detached & 3 bedrooms is plenty). Needs to be within reach of Hailsham so if anyone knows of anything horsey with 4 or more acres + barn or stables or outbuildings please let me know.
