Currently at work and doing very little in the way of work
I won't have any updates until the opthamology department has done their morning rounds (it being an eight-storey hospital, I can imagine there are many, many dogs to get through).
There has been no urgent follow-up to her regurgitation issue, so I can only assume that she's doing well. I should have a firmer update around 6pm your time, and hopefully we will be picking her up an hour or two after that.
A sitter/walker is all in place to be with her for the next week, and two days a week after that going forwards.
As an aside, hubbie and I are off to browse homes this weekend, and we half-joked that this was a sneaky plan Stella launched to have a townhouse/back garden/two-minute proximity to a 500-acre park. Either way, we're definitely moving out of Soho. The girl needs quiet and serenity, don't you know.
And if the mood takes her, there's always the Stevie Wonder look that Stella can sport as well.

As a rule of thumb we don't contact owners unless something to be concerned about...so hopefully all is well....will wait patiently for our later aternoon update
