Just wondered if anyone has one of these? I tried going on the protech website and couldn't find any prices. Looking into getting a shelter for winter and thought it might be a cheaper option but may be best to get a second hand ordinary mobile one. I think the tunnel ones would actually be quite light and therefore portable but not sure?

Does a wooden one have to actually have skids/wheels to be considered mobile? Can it not be a sort of flat pack thing that could be moved? Just as it seems not too difficult to build a simple shelter but making it mobile is what makes it difficult!
 
Ooh good, do you know how the price compares to a wooden one (seems to be about a grand plus) Is the plastic stuff quite thick? The horse who would be in it might chew bits now I think about it!
 
They were available for around £750 for an 18 x 12. The plastic stuff is heavy and is coated woven material.
 
Just spotted your locaation. If it helps I'm in North Cambs and you could pop over and see mine, see how it's lasted and what mistakes I made putting it up etc if you thought it helpful.
 
Oh that would be great! It does seem more portable, I hear some councils come and check mobile ones are moved around periodically and I don't think i'll be getting a tow bar on my seat Ibiza anytime soon haha!
