Can you give the full dosage (1 scoop needed) of protexin straight away or is it best to introduce it slowly like you would with feed?

I gave straight away. I don't think you need to introduce supplements slowly as such, if you think about it many require a loading dose so actually giving more in the first place!

He was on it last winter for a bit and was fine, only thing that sorts his tummy out! He's on loads of grass at the moment thats been rested pretty much all summer. I introduced it gradually last year just incase but gave him the first as a full dose on saturday and he's been fine and now doesn't have messy legs! Will keep him on it until the grass gets eaten down and he starts gets hay.
