Just wondered if it was a new thing? Seeing as I've been away (!) for 15 years I'd never heard of it - seems to be great for cuts and scratches and keeping flies out of it.

Anyone else think it's a must for the tack box? It's actually replaced my old school sudocreme! x

Wouldn't be without it EVER! imo the cream is much better than the 'Protocon Gold' I think it's called. Magic for mud fever too.

It's not new, was first around about 1970 - well, I used it then and it was hailed as a miracle when before all we had was lard and mustard or sulphanilimide powder!!

I'd never heard of it when I had horses before - perhaps it was because I've never had a TB who always cuts himself!

Gotta agree - even over here I would not be without my Protocon. One of the best products available if you ask me....although I have to import it as not for sale here.
