Self Indulgent Post:-
My daughter has just finished portraits of a couple of Labs, they're on one picture but too big to scan as whole. I'm so pleased wih what she's achieved.
Admin... this isn't an advert...just a proud Dad.

Wow - they are lovely - what medium does she use?

Thanks....she uses coloured pencils........she gradually builds up the colour, sometimes they have as much as eight layers to get the colour/texture.

Thank you so much for putting that up toby_zaphod, was going to post myself but never got a chance to scan it in before giving it to my mum.
Laura did a fantastic job and the likeness the the origional pictures was amazing my mum was so chuffed with it, it is going to be framed and put above the fire place.
