Proud, he is now a college horse

After two failed loans of my horse [not his fault ] he is now on trial at Morton Morrell College and he looks very happy. I have just been to see him and they have a stage 4 exam on tomorrow and all the tack and names were lined up and he was there as a show jumping horse, I was so proud of him.
They all seem to love him, his eventing days were bought to an end because he started to have nose bleeds after xc and had a lazer hobday but it only helped a bit. He has a new secure life now and then will come home to retire in his field. When he was born I told him I saw him born and will see him die and he will always be loved ,I hope I can keep my promise.

Good news. I hope he continues to enjoy college life. I know many horses that it hasnt suited. Hopefully you can continue being an active owner to keep an eye on him. Moreton Morrell is a good college and they do look after the horses except for the lack of turnout.

They have much better turnout these days jojo. I went there and lived it. Sure it won't be ling until he's pampered by someone on the loan a horse scheme, if its still running.

wow! watching those videos and seeing those pictures makes you really how lucky we are to be able to ride horses like him it won't be long before someone snaps him up on loan a pony, i would but i already have one!! i wonder if your allowed two? haa

Aww he was SUCH a cute foal.......it's making me really sad looking at the XC pic of him dropping into the water at Draycott as that is my favourite pic of my pony too, and as you know, he won't be eventing anymore either. So, we shall see come spring if there are any spaces at college or what I might do.
