My daughter had a nasty fall a few weeks back when our mare reared up & came over backwards on top of her, never been so scared in my life but thankfully my daughter bounces well & escaped with only a broken collar bone.
She hasnt ridden since her accident as her own horse has been off work, so she took my Highland in a couple of classes at a local show for me yesterday, only C&TO & a fun one, so nothing serious, but it was good to get them both out & her back in the saddle. She really enjoyed herself & he was as usual well behaved self :) Just felt the need to post as was so pleased with the both :)
Just a token pic for you.

Well done to your daughter :)

What a beautiful Highland you have, I'm rather jealous of your horses :D

I actually posted the other day wondering how little Wallace - A.K.A Moose - was getting on :D

Ive not been on here as much as usual :( he's doing really well & very cheeky, hes very much like his mum though & loves everyone! & a massive thankyou for remembering his name, i thought id put Moose as i thought most of you probably wouldnt remember id changed it to Wallace:)

& thanks to everyone else for their lovely comments, i think she looks great on horseback as well, she usually rides an Arab, so he was a bit of a change for her, she couldnt believe how wide he was :)

That's alright, I figured it had just been missed and I'd catch you next time I saw one of your posts :) which I did :D

Well I thought it would be cheeky of me to keep calling him by his HHO moniker when you've given him such a nice proper name :)
He's such a cutie and I'm so pleased he's getting on so well :) I kind of fell in love with him from the first picture you posted :D It's great to see a wee update about him :)

Ha ha! Has she been Hipo converted then?

Lol :) i love his name as well, so hard to choose one though! Thankyou, we are chuffed to bits with him, its been such a roller coaster ride with him as well, firstly nearly loosing his mum Boxing day before he was even born & then to have him become so poorly at only a few days old as well. Hes obviously a little fighter though :) :)
Not sure Ceri will become a convert as she very much loves her Arab, but i dont think it would take much persuading to get her on him again :)

Yes I remember the first couple of days after he was born and being really worried for you  So glad he pulled through and is going strong though :) I didn't realise your mare had had troubles though, I can't imagine how worrying that was for you :(

Ha ha there's time yet, it'll slowly creep up on her that really she's 100% for Higlands soon enough ;) Glad she had such a fun time though :)
