Took Lil out tonight to a local dressage and she was a little star!

This was only her third ever show, at her first she reared and bronked and I couldn't get in the ring, at her second she was better but I was still having to really ride to stop her napping. Tonight she was as good as gold!

We rode the whole test in a nice, consistent outline and mostly the correct bend!

The judge was really complimentary and said what a nice obedient horse she was.

Lol, I'm serious, what's the worst that can happen?

It'll be good experience for when she starts her BSJA career! Local shows really aren't full of beautiful people on expensive horses all working into a mature outline. At least say you'll come and watch a show. The first show I watched I spent most of them time thinking that I could ride Daisy at least as well as most of the people going round. Since then there's been no stopping me!
