well, we have been plugging away for a while without making huge progress, little steps forward here and there and her overall rideability is masses better :D
but one overwhelming thing was that she NEVER had a medium trot (as it a 5 in the ring on a good day)
its been improving.. bit by bit... but today, she gave me this!

an actual legit extension!! its not the most impressive, no, but soooo chuffed!

for comparison, this was exactly two months ago, the first day we started working on it!

Looks super, well done for persevering and getting there.

My chap will (typically) do the most awesome medium/extended trot out hacking but a very poor effort at (barely) medium in the school. Little git LOL

You've inspired me to keep working at it :)

Hahaa I gurn so badly! Doesn't help when she's tricky and likes things *just so* haha :p

Lola has never ever ever had a medium, she's been a little sewing machine (and still is) but the strength and lift is starting to develop now :D keep at it, it's taken us a little while to click what is required from both of us to get the medium - it's not always this good mind!
