Bear was doing retrieves today when a man and his little rough haired jrt came for a social. I have done about 4 very careful introductions, one where 4 individual dogs came one by one to say hello, a couple of unscheduled meet and greets on Friday afternoon. The little jrt was doing star jumps in his face (oh was on high aleft). We let them both look for the ball, the jrt was not very good in deep cover! I was having a chat to the owner, who is from Columbia, so we switched to Spanish, had a lovely chat, turns out I teach several of his daughter’s friends!

I was so proud that Bear didn’t mind the puppy running round him and chasing him. Such a good boy! He’s a bit tired now (pic from another day, he’s snuggled practically under my oh currently)

It's a piece of cake if you go and live there, or teach a whole class of Colombians, like in one of my schools. The bloke asked where I learned my Spanish and seemed surprised when I told him Streatham! . ?
