Great news, I have always been lucky, my mare has a long thick mane and does not suffer from it, but I know so many horses that struggle to grow a mane, so fab news for you, pics would be great

No, not sad, small things in life make you feel good, and I know my friends mare mane has odd growth areas and non growth areas which she hates.

That is great news. You could try pm'ing Hels_bels.That is who made my siggy for me.I am really looking forward to seeing pics of your gorgeous boy.Other than his for sale ad you showed me I haven't seen any pics of him lol

look after the mane, and get the fly rug on early when temps 5 degrees constant. if you do the itchy jab then again at temps 5 to 7 degrees! i find if you start early before they even think about scratching and just before you see a fly or midgy thing then you are half way there!! a twice weekly wash in vosene and a final vinegar rinse helps along with the good old fashioned benzo. hope your mane stays the course!!
