I've now been doing agility with my gsd for 4 weeks (none last week because of bank holiday), anyway she's come on in leaps and bounds
, she can now do the high dog walk and is jumping at medium height. She loves the jumping and the tunnel, doesn't mind the weave but until tonight has been unsure of the dog walk and A frame, well tonight she found her dog walk legs and when she realised it wasn't that bad she didn't look back!.
The change in her has been amazing, she isn't hiding under my seat between turns anymore she is sitting proud and watching the other dogs, she even thought about playing with the manic collie puppy tonight but then her nerve deserted her. She is a totally different dog on walks too, there's no lunging at other dogs and although I haven't let her off lead in an area where there are other dogs I'm confident if she keeps going the way she is it won't be long but I'm not going to rush things. I'm so chuffed with her
