So a year ago yesterday i fell off and fractured my spine, and spent a year doing rehab and getting fit again, and resisting the urge to ride again.


Sooo today i got back on again!!! Im so happy, no pain at all. Lovely yard person walked beside me the whole time as i was sh***ing myself!

One more step towards riding properly again

It must have been a proud moment for you.
My wife was thrown off of her horse last year and broke 6 ribs. She is now back riding but it took
alot for her to get back in the saddle. I used to lead her out on
hacks and progressed from there.
Building confidence is a slow process and there is no need to rush. keep going.

Thank you lovely people! I was so scared as all i could think off was how easy it is to fall off and how painful it was!
