Providing event stabling

Very excited as have my first booking for stabling 2 event horses for a local BE event! They are bringing their own shavings and my horses will be well out of the way in the field. My question is how clean do you seasoned eventers like to find local stabling? I've removed all my horses bedding, pulled the mats out, scrubbed the walls, doors and floors. Is this OTT? It all seems like a lot of work if it's going to be a regular thing...?

I have stayed in everything from smart estate stables to teeny quaint cobbled stables.

I think it sounds as if you have done more than enough.

I certainly don't expect everything scrubbed - brushed and tidy is perfect
