i have recently sorted out insurance for my youngsters with SEIB. One has gone through fine but the other one (who i bred myself) is causing problems as she has no vet history. I have so far provided vets print outs for her and also obtained a letter from my vets stating that apart from a DNA test to prove parentage she has not had the vet ever.
I have rang them and told them three times (same person each time) that she will have no history before 2007 as she wasnt born until May 2007 but they have now sent me a letter to say that as i cannot provide history for before 2007 they wont insure her for sickness or vets fees! I have even sent them a copy of her passport with her birthdate on it!
Please can someone tell me how to beat them with a large stick to make them realise. Talk about banging your head against a brick wall!
