PSD update (again)

Well further to my 8 week scan post where I was told I was allowed to trot we have now had an 11 1/2 week scan and....

I can canter! The vet says the suspensory looks better than than ever and he doesn't feel the need to see the horse again. (unless I think otherwise!)

I'm so pleased as originally he thought he wouldn't see any improvement for 12 weeks and instead we are basically back to normal in 12 weeks!!

Sorry I haven't followed your story but did you have the op/injections or both?

my mare had the op and injection 3 weeks ago, we're having our first scan this week. I'm really scared still. She's walking out fine, but you just dont know do you?

I didn't have either! I have just used the hydrotherapy spa.

My boy was sound when diagnosed so we could only ever really go on the scans.

Fingers crossed for your girly.
