I got my pony tested for PSSM1, and it's come back that he has n/P1. I've never dealt with a horse with PSSM1 or even known what it was until a couple of months ago.
Does anyone have any advice on where to go from here? Do I ring a vet?

I would suggest before you ring a vet or do anything else you read up about PSSM1. There is lots of info about it online. The more you know the easier it will be to deal with.

What led you to test? I've had 2 horses with it - one is still with me as a pampered paddock pet and the other i lost to arthritis 3 years ago. The one I lost to arthritis never suffered with his muscles and he was p1/p1. The other one does have a lot of issues.

For many of us its keeping sugar / starch low (think laminitis diet), consistent exercise, turnout and usually keeping on the warm side.

Definitely this, read as much as you can, also about PSSM Type(s) 2.
Wishing you lots of luck.

Honestly, i did it out of a whim. i saw it on fb about pssm and as i don’t really know much about i thought I’d look into it more. I’ve been having some issues with him so i have been researching different types of illnesses/conditions it could be and when i looked into pssm1 things just clicked. It was the easiest to test for so i thought i’d just try and rule it out first. Didn’t actually expect him to come back with it tbh lol but now he has i need to learn to manage it.
Im going to speak to my yard owner about what i can do for him grass wise as he will not keep a muzzle on no matter what i do 😭
