I've just had a call from Your Horse mag to say I've won one of the private lessons at Your Horse Live. I'm on on the Friday and my lesson is with Chris Bartle! OMFG, I can't believe it, I never win anything.

Sooooo excited but dead worried now that everyone will think we're crap. I don't have many details and I don't even know whether I'm allowed to go public, but couldn't contain it any longer (typing this just as I'm leaving work!)

How exciting! My friend rode for him in a lecture/ demo once on her young event horse... He was very naughty and was acting up, but Chris Bartle was brilliant with him and even got on and rode him!

Thank you all for the congrats. I will of course report back here fully 2 weeks from now, but in the meantime its lots of work to get the boy a bit fitter not to mention all that tack I'll have to clean to within in inch of its life! Decided the new sheepskin numnah can make its debut then rather than at the Combined Training we're doing next Saturday LOL.
