We have pug puppies due in 3 weeks so i thought i'd start a thread of our progress :) We have used a beautiful stud for this litter, we booked him about a year ago, and he has recently been made up to a champion and had several group placings at Championship Shows. This should be a lovely litter as our bitch is a beautiful girl who has also had much success at the shows. She hasnt been shown for a while as she had a very odd reaction to a new collar and lost a load of hair around her neck (growing back now!!) which is a shame. Looking forward to getting her back in the ring for Crufts though :D

Anyway, this is her, taken Sunday. We think she has at least 5 in there so a big litter. Her mum had 6.

We're a little concerned about the size of the puppies. On her 5 week scan the lady said they were very big for the stage she is at. We plan to get the vet to have a look in a week or so and if theres any concerns we will opt for a caesarian, but her mum had her litter naturally with no problems, so fingers crossed!!

I really, really, really want one. And if it were the summer or spring, would be beating your door down with a big stick to bag one.

Can't wait to see the post when they arrive.

Yeay! Baby puglets. Can't wait to see the pictures. Prince still lives in hope that he will create some spectacularly odd babies with Stella, but she will only permit things to get as far as first base ;)
