thx. i dont like too short. it was v v v short whn i bought him, also his tail was pulled, which i dont like. i think i'll go a tad shorter, maybe an inch, but no more. i'm a pet groomer by profession and i loathe taking dogs coats off too short, its my bugbear! thankyou!!

Make it a bit shorter in the middle, more of a gradual arch type shape when you do it again. It really makes their necks look better, the illusion of more top line I guess...

I would say it looks perfect as it is, and i wouldnt make it shorter in the middle. i like them a bit longer in the middle and shorter near withers and poll.

but then again a thats more of a mountain and moorland pulled mane which i prefer,
